DR SHRIHARI ANIKHINDI

Dr. Shrihari Anikhindi is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist working in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He completed his initial training including graduation (MBBS) and post-graduation (MD in General Medicine) in Maharashtra and was working in leading medical colleges like Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai and BJ Medical College, Pune. Serving for a significant period in rural countryside has helped his professional demeanor to be extremely compassionate and empathetic towards his patients.

He completed his super-speciality training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in one of the best departments in the country at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. “The Week” Magazine in a nationwide survey conducted in 2019 rated this as among the Top 4 Gastroenterology and Hepatology departments in the country

Dr. Shrihari is associated with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital since more than 6 years now and has had a vast and enriched experience in various aspects of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. During this period, he has also done specialized training with world renowned experts from elite institutions in Japan and South Korea in the fields of advanced Endoscopy (Narrow band Imaging) and GI Motility (Manometry).

He is credited with establishing a state of the art GI motility Laboratory in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital which is one of the best in the country and offers one of the most credible GI motility tests in the country.
