He completed his MBBS and MD General Medicine training in Maharashtra, having trained at premier apex institutions including Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Hospital Mumbai and BJ Medical College Pune.
He underwent super-speciality training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, followed by advanced exposure and specialized training in Therapeutic Endoscopy, Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), and GI Motility / Manometry.
